Andrew joined MHPF in 2011 as the Farm manager of "Haughton" in Giru, Queensland. Andrew has been an integral part of the companies subsequent acquisition and development of the Burdekin properties.

Andrew is now the Area Manager of the Burdekin Cropping properties. This is made up of nine properties with the primary focus on sugar cane production complimented with rotational grain crops.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Farm Management and in 2018 completed the Rabobank Executive Development Program.

Andrew has a strong focus on improving sugar cane farming systems to improve efficiency, yield, soil quality and downstream environmental outcomes.
